Toothpaste Removes Crayon From Walls: Not a Myth!

So my youngest child, who is determined to go down in history as the demon spawn of the household, has a habit of decorating my walls with crayon. All over. Multiple times. I mentioned demon spawn, right?

Anyway, I'm a huge fan of the Magic Eraser, but this job made even Mr. Clean flinch. This is a very small example: her bedroom wall. Creative, yes? This was almost every wall in my house.

Skeeter Nut Free Snacks: Stay Safe AND Have Your Sweet Treats!

Most schools are going nut-free these days, and you can never be too careful. Even if it doesn't contain buts, there can be cross-contamination. So I was very excited to both hear of and try out Skeeter Nut Free Snacks via Moms Meet.

 So what makes Skeeter a standout as far as nut free? They have a seriously hardcore process they go through. From their website:

•      All food shall be tested for the presence of peanut and tree nut allergens consistent with this policy. Testing will include on-site, performed by the processor/manufacturer, and lab tests performed by accredited private laboratories.
•     All ingredients are either obtained from vendors and suppliers who certify that their goods are nut free or are tested onsite for TPA prior to use.
•     Test results shall be filed by the processor/manufacturer with copies being provided to Skeeter Snacks within 3 business days following the tests completion.
•     Outside Laboratories performing nut allergen testing shall be instructed to report any positive test results within 24 hours of the result.
•     Results of all negative tests must be submitted to the manufacturer within 5 business days of the test, and to Skeeter technical within 3 further business days.
•     No Skeeter Snacks product lots shall be shipped from the manufacturing facility without documented approval of the facility QA designate and Skeeter technical designate.

Evolution Fresh Inspired by Dannon Yogurt: A True Yogurt Twist!

It's just yogurt....nothing to get excited about. Right?

WRONG.

 

Thanks to BzzAgent, I was treated to a whole new yogurt experience: Evolution Fresh, Inspired by Dannon. 

What's so awesome? Well, I'll tell you. When they say fresh, they mean a small ingredients list with no added flavors, artificial sweeteners, colors or preservatives. And with this fruit on the bottom Greek yogurt, you can SEE the fruit on the bottom without even opening it. Like so.
