Dearfoams Slippers and The Beddit Sleep Monitor: The Best Way to "Let Mom Sleep"!

As one of the lucky hosts of the "Let Mom Sleep" party via Tryazon, I was given the honor of not only having a great time with my other mom friends who really need sleep, but I got to try out two awesome brands that help with just that.

First, I got to preview the new spring line from Dearfoams Slippers!

Footie comfort for both ladies and gents, and I do mean real comfort. They're not big and bulky, but the padding underneath belies the sleek exterior. After a long day of party prep and fun, my feet felt heavenly nestling into the wonderful plush. And thanks to the flip-flop style, my feet weren't too warm, despite the fact that spring in my area seems to have zipped past into summer already.

I had some pairs left over, so I visited friends and did a "Cinderella" thing. If it fit, it was theirs.

In this case, her companion Lucky promised not to eat them. We'll see how that goes. Oh, and by the way, they're having a Buy One Get One 50% Off sale right now, so check them out HERE.

If you're sharp-eyed, you noticed there's not just slippers in the first pic. Allow me to zoom in:

This is the Beddit Sleep Monitor, as you can see. Now, I know what you're thinking, because my husband actually said it: No, you don't have to strap it on. You don't have to deal with it at all. It goes under your sheet, and out of sight.

See? Super flat. You plug it in with the provided adapter and go to bed. For real. That's it. It gathers the data and sends it to the included app. For more information, check out their video below, or their website here!

So what do you do with said data? You get a better night's sleep. The Beddit app offers information and suggestions on how to make your beddy-bye the best it can be. There's even a Family Web App that allows you to monitor and improve the sleep patterns of your whole family, as long as they have their own sensors. This could be a great help for parents with young ones who just won't stay in bed. And we've all been there, right?

It even has a Smart Alarm that gauges when you are in shallow sleep, and therefore at the optimum time to be awakened, which is really neat, and it is on target. If only my kids had one...

My personal experience? I didn't notice it at all under there when I went to bed. I found out that I fall asleep very fast and go into deep sleep quickly as well. I apparently do snore, so my husband wins that long-standing argument. It was suggested that I sleep on a slightly higher incline, and it really did improve my rest. I can't wait to see what comes next!

FYI: They have a great discount that runs until May 17, 2015:  You can save 15% with the code LETMOMSLEEP15.

I received products from Dearfoams and Beddit via Tryazon for testing and review purposes. My opinions and new comfort are my own.
